Co-presented by the Clyfford Still Museum and the Denver Architecture Foundation, this discussion will focus on the relationship between art and architecture. Panelists will discuss two local examples—the Clyfford Still Museum and the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art—and delve into how each building relates to the collection it houses, qualities of good design, and architecture as art.

Mary Chandler will moderate the discussion with panelists Dean Sobel, director, Clyfford Still Museum; Dr. Taisto Mäkelä, associate professor, University of Colorado–Denver College of Architecture and Planning; Hugh Grant, director, Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art; Jim Olson, FAIA, founding partner, Olson Kundig.
