Are you selling your art work? Congratulations! It’s time to learn about sales tax! Structured with artists in mind, this seminar (presented in partnership with Colorado Business Committee for the Arts and Ernst & Young) is designed to walk you through the complexities of the collection and remission of state and municipal sales tax, policies for online sales, and other common artist concerns regarding sales tax.

Presented by Marshall Ferris who has over six years of experience and is a Senior Consultant in EY’s Sales & Use Tax practice.

Join the Clyfford Still Museum, the Art
Students League of Denver, and RedLine for a special collaborative series of professional-development lectures designed to help artists enhance their business practices. This series takes place at rotating venues in September, October, and November.  October’s workshop is at the Clyfford Still Museum.

Clyfford Still Museum $5 per seat
Doors open 6 p.m.
Program begins 6:30 p.m.
