The Museum is partnering with the Wine Dispensary and executive sommelier Rob MacKenzie to jump-start your holiday libations. Whether you like red, white, or sparkling, there will be wines to suit every palate, each paired with a holiday-inspired bite.
One of Denver’s most dazzling modern settings will provide the backdrop to your lively evening. It begins with butler-passed hors d’oeuvres as you step through the front door and embark upon an affair studded with such delicacies as mulled-sangria poached pears and honeyed gorgonzola yogurt dip; gruyère gougère pastries; herbed turkey with apricot-cranberry chutney; and fig-and-blue-cheese savories. Bites will be paired among ten delectable wines—from Tuscan chardonnay and Willamette Valley pinot noir to Venetian prosecco and dessert wine from Sauternes—that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning enthusiast. Vegetarian and gluten-free guests will also find their appetites thoroughly accounted for.
