Art Crawl: Ready, Set, Grow!

Wed, May 24, 2023 10:30 - 11:15 AM MDT

Venue : Clyfford Still Museum

Category: Family Programs,

The Clyfford Still Museum is a great place for you and your baby to experience art and find community with other families with infants. A Museum educator will lead caregivers with infants (newborns through 14 months) in a crawl through the galleries. Share the experience of art with your baby and socialize with other caregivers. The May theme is “Ready, Set, Grow!”

The adventure of growing is all around us! We will be exploring how Clyfford Still’s work changed and grew from his early 20’s into the last year of life he was painting. We will go out on our terraces to experiment with plant materials and take home your own seedling!

A front-facing carrier is recommended, but not required, for this program. Art Crawl is included with Museum admission and is free for CSM members. Children 17 and under are always free. Registration is required and space is limited. Registration will open soon.

Admission: Free for CSM members, $10 adults, $8 seniors (65+), $6 teachers/college students/military, $1 Museums for All/Explorer Pass (with valid EBT card), always free for children ages 17 and under.

“I am grateful to have an opportunity to engage with Winnie one-on-one in such a beautiful way. She doesn’t get a lot of solo time with me since she has a three-year-old sister. I want to take advantage of one-on-one time with her whenever I can, and the Art Crawl was a lovely way to spend time together. It was so fun watching her observe and enjoy CSM and learning more from the fantastic team.” – Caitlin, Art Crawl participant
