Join the curators of Stories We Tell: The Collection Two Ways for a virtual tour of the exhibition and live conversation – exclusively for members! Curated by associate curator Bailey Placzek and former Museum director Dean Sobel, this exhibition digs deep into the vaults to present the Museum’s collection from two distinct perspectives, revealing how an encounter with artworks and their meanings can be shaped by curatorial strategies.
This tour was professionally filmed by Torch and offers stunning views of our galleries. Participants will experience a high-quality recording of Placzek and Sobel in the galleries, which will include close looks at details within the paintings. This will be a Zoom meeting, which means that participants will be able to interact directly with the curators during live Q & A sessions, scattered throughout the tour. Your level of engagement is up to you. All participants can choose to have their cameras and audio on or off – so you can connect with the group face-to-face or watch casually as you make dinner!
Artificial Intelligence closed captioning is available for all of our live virtual programs via Zoom and recorded programs on YouTube. For other accommodation requests, email Sonia Rae at deai@clyffordstillmuseum.org.
