Maker Mornings programs are designed for children from 15 months to eight years old, with siblings of any age welcome. We spend time in the galleries with a librarian from Denver Public Libraries for storytime before entering The Making Space, the hands-on creation studio directly connected to our galleries. During this part of the program, we will explore various materials, expand our ideas of what it means to create, and express ourselves through art. The intentional open-ended time allows all children to interact with the activities in unique ways. We encourage you to observe what your child gravitates towards, ask questions, and get curious! In February, we’ll explore some of Still’s letters that he wrote to people that he loved, and create our own piece of art!
No registration is required; walk-ins are welcome, drop-in anytime during the program! Children ages 17 and under are always free at CSM.
Admission: Free for CSM members, $15 adults, $13 seniors (65+), $10 teachers/military, $1 Museums for All/Explorer Pass (with valid EBT card), always free for children ages 17 and under.
