Miguel Aviña is a Mexican singer, songwriter, and producer whose music carries the weight of ancestry and the intimacy of lived experience. Best known as the voice and guitarist of Denver’s acclaimed rock band iZCALLi, Miguel’s solo work opens a quieter door—one where storytelling, vulnerability, and melody take center stage. Stripped down to voice and guitar, his songs reveal the raw emotion beneath the larger-than-life energy of his band. Moving between folk, indie, and Latin roots, these performances feel like a conversation—warm, introspective, and disarmingly honest—an exploration of connection: to memory, to love, to the self, and to the stories that shape us.
Admission: Free for CSM members, $15 adults, $13 seniors (65+), $10 teachers/military, $1 Museums for All/Explorer Pass (with valid EBT card), always free for children ages 17 and under.
Presented in collaboration with Swallow Hill Music.
