Enjoy live music in the galleries, with performances by string quartet Tabula Rasa from 12 to 12:45 p.m. and 1 to 1:45 p.m.
The performances are included with Museum admission and are free for CSM members. Registration is not required. Seating is limited, first come, first served, and the music may be enjoyed from any gallery. No registration is required; walk-ins are welcome!
Music in the Galleries concerts are family-friendly introductions to live music. Attendees are welcome to sit, stand, wiggle, and walk through the galleries while enjoying music.
About Tabula Rasa
Tabula Rasa is a string quartet composed of the principal musicians of the Colorado Chamber Orchestra. The quartet strives to engage audiences with classics and contemporary pieces, seeking to share the familiar and the unusual in string quartet music. Members include Naomi Smith, violin; Javan Carson, violin; Summer Rhodes, viola; and David Short, cello.
Members of the quartet also perform with the Colorado Symphony, Opera Colorado, Colorado Ballet, Boulder Philharmonic, Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra, Playground Ensemble, Lakewood Symphony, Central City Opera, Sphere Ensemble, and the Broadway tours at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Each member has musical influence in the community, including a conductor of the Front Range Youth Symphony, a teacher at Denver School of the Arts, and a teacher at Boulder Valley Waldorf School.

Admission: Free for CSM members, $15 adults, $13 seniors (65+), $10 teachers/military, $1 Museums for All/Explorer Pass (with valid EBT card), always free for children ages 17 and under.
